The MICROPLATE is a compact, modular electroplating system designed for small-scale workshop use. Perfect for jewellers, it enables the plating of gold, rhodium, silver, nickel, and copper, with additional functions for cleaning and anti-tarnish treatments.

Plating Functions:

• Bath 1 – Electrolytic Salts (C4907) for cleaning prior to plating

• Bath 2 – Gilding Salts 9ct, 18ct, 22ct, 24ct, Rose & Silver

• Bath 3 – Rhodium with platinised titanium anode included

• Bath 4 – Silver Cleaning Salts

Anti-Tarnish Functions:

• Bath 1 – De-tarn Cleaning Salts

• Bath 2 – Silverbrite Salts

• Beakers: 4 × 1 litre (Ø130 mm × 120 mm)

Important Notes:

• Designed for small-scale operation and not rated for continuous use

• To protect electrical components, do not operate at maximum power for more than 5 minutes without a rest period

• At lower currents, processing times can be safely extended
